Self-directed energetic person needed to do painting, repairs, maintenance, make-ready and remodel work on rental properties, primarily in Jefferson County, MO.  Everyone is subject to doing any work that may be required.  Ideal candidate will have experience.

Tools and reliable transportation required with ability to tools, materials, etc. as required.  Mileage reimbursed.  Must have proof of liability insurance for vehicle and valid drivers license.  

Part to Full Time work depending on  you reliability, skills and work ethic.  60 day probation period.  

Full Time employees are eligible for Blue Cross Health Insurance and earn  paid time off.

Part to Full Time seasonal work depending on  weather, seasonal needs.  Other building maintenance skills, work ethic and reliability may result in full time work regardless of the season.  60 day probation period.
