We hope that all is having a great day thus far!
 
We would like the opportunity to meet you and show you one or more of our places that we have available to rent. 
 
Currently we have a Very Nice House for Rent  in Crystal City, MO (Shown Below) Great Location - the back yard in next to a park.  Multi-level deck overlooking the back yard.. 2Car garage.. Rooms are very spacious..
Crystal City School District.  The prior residents loved it!

In Jefferson County, MO; We have a beautiful house for rent 4 bedroom 2 baths  coming available soon  in High Ridge, MO 63049. (Northwest School District)
 
We have a couple of town homes for rent coming available soon... One as early as Mid-May, some towards the end of May. 
 
We have had a couple recent move outs due to our residents being able to buy a new home since they have been able to save $$$ by living here. By paying our low rent prices, they were able to save money to buy a home.
 
We like to take credit for assisting them in this area of their lives by offering a great place to live for an affordable rent. If you want to live in a family friendly smaller community with a great park withing walking distance-AND low rent for a beautiful home that is STILL close to shopping areas this is the place for you!!!
 
The park is within walking distance and offers a swimming pool, basketball court, tennis courts, baseball fields,  and picnic pavilions.

Our staff is friendly, curtious and they go on beyond the call of duty assisting our residents. 
 
We have affordable rents for our very attractive apartments for rent as well as duplexes and mobile homes for rent.  We do accept HUD vouchers from Jefferson-Franklin County Community Action Center (located in Hillsboro, MO). 
   
Our application fee is only $25 for up to 2 adults. Additional Fee for each additional adult. 
 
Call us for a showing of one or more of our homes to rent.  We will be happy to assist you.

I'M LOOKING FOR A 2 OR 3 BEDROOM, HOME TO RENT IN ARNOLD OR FESTUS OR CRYSTAl city mo. the most i can pay in rent is $ 700.oo a month if you have any homes for rent in this price range or lower please let me know thank you so much have been looking for a home to rent for the past 4 months. thank you for your time, ruthann
